Saikat came in with depth that most profiles don’t carry—
experience across corporate, consulting, and his own venture.

But when it came to interviews, all of that wasn’t translating.

Not because he lacked substance—
but because there was too much of it, without direction.

He would over-intellectualize, go in multiple directions, and somewhere in that… dilute his own impact.

And underneath it, there was a quiet but powerful belief that he wasn’t quite “getting it right.”

In our first session, we didn’t jump into rehearsed answers.
We worked on cognitive alignment—how he thinks, how he filters, and how he presents.
We broke down his patterns, structured his thinking, and worked on the internal lens through which he was evaluating himself.

By the second session, there was clarity.
By the third, there was control.
He wasn’t trying to prove anything anymore—he was communicating with precision and intent.

Then one fine day almost about a couple weeks later, I receive a text from him saying -- "Ma'am, I cleared the Warwick interview."

We spoke...he was clearly overjoyed...But more than that—he was in disbelief.

This was someone who hadn’t been able to convert interviews in the past.

He then shared --
"Ma'am,what stayed with me was that this coaching experience didn’t just help me for one interview. I see how I think and communicate differently now.”
