However it’s very important that you choose a qualified trainer over a cheap trainer as it makes a huge difference.

My dad has always been my pillar of strength and today when I look back in time, there are many things that I silently learned from him just by observing the way he lived his life.

However the best that I can count on is the habit of taking care of his health and fitness. It flows down in my blood from him.

His dedication to fitness and health has been incomparable.

And now when I have to take up the flag of parenting, fitness and health has been on my top charts.

One things to remember, they are watching you all the time.So you better start your journey first before putting them into it.

Working in silence is the toughest thing but letting the results speak about your hard work is the greatest.
There is a lot of motivation and will power lying within us, all we need is to explore it.

Tanu made sure that nothing came her way to achieve what she wanted.
Even when she could hardly find out time to stick to her fitness regime, she made sure no stone was unturned to pull that some extra time for herself amidst all the responsibilities that she has to look after.

Self care, self love and a zeal to make a change is what this momma has put on her priority list and she has been constantly achieving what she desires.

Great job Tanu and I wish that you stay this way. I’m more than happy to be a part of your this fitness journey.

1 year and this journey from pregnancy to post pregnancy transformation is something to cherish.
It has not been easy. I have had many days without workout as I could not find the time to do it.
But one thing was clear, I wanted to achieve it, I was willing to achieve it.
Just a mindset can change it all.
