Power Modification Tips For HONDA CBR ! By Alameen Raja (Y)
CBR 250 Stage 1 Cams

Designed to be installed on stock bikes without any other modifications.
Cams are availabel for both the carb and fual injected CBR 250. The stage 1 street cam has a slightlylonger intake and exhaust duration.
Take off torque is improved and top end speed is also increased with no other modifucations needed.



CBR 250 stage 2 Cams

These cams have even more intake and exhaust duration as well as extra valve lift.
This stage 2 cam for the CBR 250 is recommended to be used when a larger piston is installed.
It will allow more fuel and exhaust flow that will be required to accomodate a larger piston size.
This CBR 250 cam is also an excellent match for stroked bikes which have had their stroke lengths increased.



CBR 250 stage 3 Cams

Stage 3 cams have been designed for bikes which have had a larger piston installed,
large valves and port work, increasd stroke length and an aftermarket exhaust which has a larger diameter than the stock size.
This cam is only recommended for bikes that are far from stock.
The intake and exhaust durations have been designed to effectively produce power which would be used in a modification of the CBR 250 from 250cc to 325cc.
