ଗୋଟିଏ ମୋନୁ ମେଣ୍ଟାଲ ପତାକା । ଯାହାର ଖୁମ୍ବ ର ଉଚ୍ଚତା ୧୦୦ ଫୁଟ ରୁ ଉର୍ଦ୍ଧ ରହିବ । ନାରାୟଣ ଉଚ୍ଚ ବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟ ର ୭୫ ବର୍ଷ ପୂର୍ତ୍ତି ଆସନ୍ତା ୨୦୨୧ ରେ ପ୍ଲାଟିନମ୍ ଜୁବୁଲି ହେବାକୁ ଯାଉଛି । ଏହି ଗର୍ବ ର ମୁହୂର୍ତ୍ତ କୁ ଅଧିକ ଗର୍ବିତ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଗୋଟିଏ ମୋନୁ ମେଣ୍ଟାଲ ପତାକା ନାରାୟଣ ଉଚ୍ଚ ବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟ ଖେଳ ପଡିଆ ରେ ସ୍ଥାପନ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଯୋଜନା କରା ଯାଉଅଛି ।

ମାନ୍ୟବର ସୁପ୍ରିମକୋର୍ଟ ଙ୍କ ଆଦେଶ ୨୩ ଡିସେମ୍ବର ୨୦୦୯ ନିମିତ୍ତ ପତାକା ଖୁମ୍ବ ର ଉଚ୍ଚତା ୧୦୦ ଫୁଟ ରୁ ଅଧିକ ଥିଲେ ପତାକା ଦୀନ ଏବଂ ରାତି ସଦା ସବର୍ଦା ଉଡି ପାରିବ କିନ୍ତୁ ରାତ୍ରି ସମୟ ରେ ଆଲୋକ ର ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା ସହିତ ଆଲୋକ ର ଜରୁରୀ କାଳୀନ ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା ରହିବା ନିହାତି ଦରକାର।

ଏହି ପତାକା ନୟାଗଡ ଜିଲ୍ଲା ର ପ୍ରଥମ ଉଚ୍ଚତମ ପତାକା ହେବ ଏବଂ ଭାରତ ର ପ୍ରଥମ କରି କୌଣସି ସରକାରୀ ଉଚ୍ଚ ବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟ ରେ ଉଚ୍ଚତମ ପତାକା ସ୍ଥାପିତ ହେବ ।

ଏଥି ପାଇଁ ସମସ୍ତ ପୁରାତନ ଛାତ୍ର ଛାତ୍ରୀ , ସମସ୍ତ ଡ୍ଡିଫେନ୍ସ ଏବଂ ପୋଲିସ ରେ କର୍ତ୍ତବ୍ୟରତ ଥିବା ଏବଂ ଅବସର ହେଇଥିବା ଭାଇ ମାନଙ୍କ ର ଆର୍ଥିକ ସାହାଯ୍ୟ ନିହାତି ଦରକାର । ଆର୍ଥିକ ସାହାଯ୍ୟ ପାଇଁ କିଛି ବାଧ୍ୟତା ମୂଳକ ନୁହେଁ, ନିଜସ୍ଵ ଇଚ୍ଛା ମୁତାବକ ଆପଣ ସ୍ୱଳ୍ପ ପରିମାଣ ଦେଇ ପାରିବେ ।

ପ୍ରତିଷ୍ଠା ଦିବସ ରେ ସମସ୍ତ ପିତା ମାତା ଙ୍କ ଉପସ୍ଥିତି ସହିତ କିଛି ଦେଶାତ୍ମକ ବୋଧକ ସଙ୍ଗୀତ ଏବଂ ନୂର୍ତ୍ୟ ପରିବେଷଣ କରାଯିବ । ଏହି ପରିପ୍ରେକ୍ଷୀରେ ରେ ଆମର ପିତା ମାତା ମାନେ ନିଜ କୁ ଗର୍ବିତ ମନେ କରିବେ ଏଥିରେ ତିଳେ ହେଁ ସନ୍ଦେହ ନାହିଁ ।

ଏହି ପତାକା କୁ ଦେଖି ଆମ୍ଭର ଆଗାମୀ ପିଢ଼ି ର ଭବିଶ୍ୱତ ଛାତ୍ର ଛାତ୍ରୀ ମାନେ, ଯୁବକ ଗୋଷ୍ଟି, ସମସ୍ତ ବର୍ଗର ଜନ ସାଧାରଣ ଙ୍କ ମନରେ ଦେଶପ୍ରେମ ସୂର୍ଷ୍ଟି କରିବ ଏବଂ ନିଜକୁ ଗୌରବାନିତ ମନେ କରିବେ। ଆଗକୁ କିଛି ଦେଶ ମାତୃକା ପାଇଁ କିଛି କରିବାର ଉଦ୍ଦୀପନା ମନରେ ନିଶ୍ଚିତ ଭାବେ ଜାଗ୍ରତ ହେବ l
