✅One of the most important things for an athlete to develop is a good strength base, which is developed by the deadlift and sqauts. The strength of the musculature needed for running fast and jumping high is developed because the sqauts and deadlift works on strengthening the spinal erectors, hips, knees extension.💯

▶️Trap bar lift (side angle)

✅This is just to understand that trap bar lift is most likely by athletes were they able to learn faster and to quickly achieve higher loads. With the sqaut loading is more limited by technique concern (individual)
The intentional forward lean of the trunk makes it easy for any athlete to get proper position (see the video 👍)
