Our training is same in terms of type...however, the volume is managed by degree of difficulty by managing load, reps, distance, time & rounds of the movement.

We are following all the local safety norms ⛑️ and class size will be limited in each batch. We also have a vast terrace with shade for outdoor 🌄 training, hence social distancing and non AC can be maintained even during rainy season ⛈️☔
Mumbai's rainy season can be restrictive and lethargic for kids and in these pandemic times we need our kids to be active 🏋️‍♀️and safe ⛑️, hence KidFit is the place to be in
