Proper Ex*****on of any exercise is so much important rather than just mindlessly egolifting heavy weights. Most of the times we see people lifting heavy weights without proper technique. Lifting loads is only good to impress others and pamper your ego. But it can cause permanent damage to the joint. Always lift with better technique and under proper guidance.

When choosing a training coach always look for their knowledge on exercise science. "How is this exercise going to help me?" Is the simple question you can ask if not anything else.

Building good physique is nice to start on fitness journey. But obsessing over just aesthetics is sometimes very far fetched and unrealistic approach. One should rather focus on learning new movements, accomplishing new personal records, improving strength and endurance, checking & improving on food habits, improving sleeping patterns.
Most importantly, to make it a smooth transition, hiring a certified professional coach is a very good option
