At Swami Health Club, we believe that the supportive team environment created in our group classes is an important complement to individual workouts and personal training.
Our main focus is to teach everyone how to use their bodies and use the right muscles to build strength. The goal is functional fitness but we get there by emphasizing body mechanics (what muscle do you use), technique (how do you use them), and range of motion (how far to move). Whether you play professional sports or chase after your grandchildren, our style of training is scalable for everyone.
