Setting up an extreme low calorie diet and not moving a muscle throughout the day is not at all the way to live a fit lifestyle.
Eat your food, satiate your hunger, choose the nutrient dense foods (not calorie dense) and choose to exercise at half an hour everyday. It can be as simple as a half an hour brisk walk.
Your body needs to move, exert and use food as fuel to recover, grow and nourish your body.
