Setting up an extreme low calorie diet and not moving a muscle throughout the day is not at all the way to live a fit lifestyle.

Eat your food, satiate your hunger, choose the nutrient dense foods (not calorie dense) and choose to exercise at half an hour everyday. It can be as simple as a half an hour brisk walk.

Your body needs to move, exert and use food as fuel to recover, grow and nourish your body.

So, improve your approach towards a healthy life and get going! 💯💪🏼

Pre workout can be a good supplement, if used correctly.

Pre workout supplement contains stimulants like caffeine, taurine, citrulline etc, which can cause sleep disturbances.

- To avoid its drawback, consume it at appropriate time.
- Don't consume it late in the evening.
- Don't overdo with it, consume the recommended dose only, prior to workout.

For people like us, who just want to be fit and want to get a decent workout daily, a simple black coffee (americano) can do the job too, but mind the amount of coffee you add.

Pre workout supplements should be used only when needed and wisely.

There are many nutritional benefits we get from them, worth mentioning are high fibre, vitamins and minerals.

But, fruits are somewhat calorie dense foods, when it comes to fructose (type of sugar) in it.

Fructose being a simple carbohydrate, is well digested and utilized when you have an empty stomach.

So, these are the best times for fruits to be consumed in a day.

Have fruits at appropriate times and reap their "fruits"!
