🏆 Raipur Afcon 2025 – Team Previews 🏆

The excitement is building as we gear up for the first-ever Raipur Afcon, hosted by the Chhattisgarh Afro-Asian Network (CAN)! Four teams will battle for supremacy, and the draw takes place tonight at 9:30 PM before the tournament kicks off on Saturday, April 5th, 2025. Let’s take a closer look at the contenders:

🇳🇬 Nigeria – A powerhouse of African football, Nigeria brings a rich history of competitive play and tactical brilliance. Known for their attacking flair and disciplined defense, they are among the favorites to lift the trophy.

🇱🇷 Liberia – Last year’s Raipur Harmony Cup finalists, Liberia are back with unfinished business. With a squad full of talented and determined players, they are eager to go one step further and claim the championship this time around.

🇸🇸 South Sudan – The reigning Raipur Harmony Cup champions! After their historic victory over Liberia in the 2024 final, South Sudan enters the tournament with confidence and a hunger for more glory. Can they repeat their success and become back-to-back champions?

🌍 SADC – The newest addition to CAN-hosted competitions, the Southern African Development Community (SADC) team is stepping onto this stage for the first time. They are the wildcard of the tournament, and everyone is eager to see what they bring to the table.

As they wished so was it granted. The SADC team will for the first time be a participant of Chhattisgarh Afro-Asian Network sports events.

They have confirmed their participation by meeting registration requirements for the Raipur Afcon 2025.

SADC Hotspur will battle for supremacy in the Afcon this year.

They will represent the Southern-Eastern region of Africa

Just hours away from the closure of registration the Super Eagles of Nigeria have completed their team's registration.

The green and white boys will once again compete for supremacy after they were knocked out in the group stage of the Raipur Harmony Cup 2024.

Hugely rated to be one of the best playing teams in Raipur, the eagles haven't been able to showcase the talent upon which they were rated by the fans in a major tournament.

As we gear closer towards the end of registration for the Raipur Afcon 2025 the reigning champions of the Raipur Harmony Cup 2024, South Sudan, have booked their slot in the hugely anticipated Raipur Afcon 2025.

Just hours to the closure of registration, The Bright Stars of East-Central Africa have confirmed their participation in the upcoming Raipur Afcon. They seem to be a force to rock with.

South Sudan emerged champions of the Raipur Harmony Cup 2024 after defeating Liberia 2-1 in a dramatic grand final that saw MVP Alex Teo missing a crucial penalty that would have restored the Liberians hopes.

With the tournament set to kick off on Saturday April 5th, 2025, can South Sudan prove supremacy once again?

As the deadline for booking a slot into the Raipur Afcon 2025 approaches the Liberian National Soccer Team in Chhattisgarh has completed their team's registration and are in full gear to clinch the gigantic trophy 🏆.

The Chhattisgarh based Liberian team was a defeated Finalist in the 2024 Raipur Harmony Cup after they fell to a dramatic 2-1 defeat at the hands of South Sudan.

As the heat intensifies, many are asking if the Chhattisgarh based Liberian team is prepared to take on the challenge as the draw of the tournament is scheduled for April 2nd, 2025 at 9:30 PM.
