A 6 months transformation of my client Shweta ( ) where the primary goal was Fatloss

🔷Shweta is one of the most consistent client I have ever coached. From the day we started, she never worried about her progress and kept putting in her maximum effort day in and day out

🔷Despite slower rate of fatloss, she was always patient and believed in the process.

🔷She got addicted to lifting, she lifts like a Pro now💪🏼

🔷Being a great chef she managed to cook delicious food maintaining her calorie intake. She has mastered the concept of quantified nutrition to the core.

A 6 months transformation of my client Viraj ( )where the goal was body recomposition

🔷I met Viraj through a common friend, he was quite clear about his goals on our first call itself. He wanted to lose the belly fat, gain muscle and strength.

🔷We clicked really well from Day1, I was sure his transformation will be amazing. This is because he was not looking for short term quick results but to adopt fitness as his lifestyle

🔷On scale, he didn’t lose more than 5 kg. But who cares, he lost almost all the belly fat and gained good amount of muscles and strength

🔷He never disappointed me, he stuck to the routine and never went off track. He didn't miss a single workout and never cheated on this diet.

🔹He managed to kill his transformation despite his occasional trips and parties because he understood the concept of quantified Nutrition

***Client Transformation***

A 3 months transformation of my client Varun where the goal was body recompostion

🔷Varun already had worked hard on fatloss before approaching me. He wanted to lose the stubborn belly fat and gain some muscles

🔷Varun’s transformation of 3 months is a perfect example of body recomp where he lost less than 2kg on weighing scale but lost more than 4 inches from his waist and other areas. He also gained good amount of muscles in this journey.

🔷His strengths in gym followed a proper linear graph, I didn’t go easy with him at all but he managed to cope up with all the rigorous workouts given by me

🔷He can be easily named ‘Mr. Consistent’ in gym, he never missed a single workout, he never needed any push or motivation to hit the gym or follow the diet

A 3 months transformation of my client Pratik where the goal was to lose maximum fat and build some muscles

🔷Pratik is one of the most dedicated and silent client I have ever worked with. He showed complete faith in me right from day 1 and followed everything to the T right from the beginning

🔷Despite having a hectic work schedule and sone weekend parties, he managed to stay on track. It’s easier to give up after spoiling the progress but Pratik never gave up.

🔷There were few times after he spoiled his progress after a vacation, but he made the best possible comeback within a week.

An amazing muscle gain transformation of my client Yashika .she._fit._ where the goal was to build muscles and get stronger

🔷Yashika is a pure example of breaking the stereotype that women should not lift heavy

🔷Lines like ‘I don’t want to get bulky’ , ‘I don’t want to gain muscles’ were never present in her dictionary, hence the first time I spoke to her I was sure it will be fun coaching her

🔷She was already lifting regularly before she joined me, she had good experience and I realised her potential in week1 itself after assessing her fitness test.

🔷We went all out from week1 itself, she never stopped progressing, her lifts improved every week, she kept gaining muscles and ticked all the boxes every week

🔷Whatever goals we planned for every mesocycle, be it gaining muscle on glutes, quads or even improving her SBD, she managed to achieve it with ease

🔷Talking about diet, she managed it very well by adjusting the calories whenever she had anything extra. Her maintenance calorie also increased slightly in this process, her calorie intake is currently 2500

🔷We are now following a strength block and focusing on increasing strength before moving on to the next goal💪🏼

🔷She is truly an inspiration to all girls all out to start lifting early and lift heavy💪🏼

Fit people don’t fall sick? Wrong, they do fall sick like others. To be precise, being fit and healthy are not exactly same.

🔷Having high level of fitness does not necessarily means having good health

🔷While there are few overlaps between fitness and health, but there are some parameters which are different in both fitness and health.⁣

🔷And some important parameters of health are quite often ignored by the fitness freaks in the realm of achieving high level of fitness.⁣

🔷It’s important to focus on both our health and fitness for a good quality of life

That being said, I won’t say that a fit & healthy person can’t fall sick, even they can. But they will recover faster, their damage will be minimum and they will be back on track in no time💪🏼

🔷Being a sportsman earlier, Jagyot didn’t take much time to get used to the workout routine. And I didn’t take much time as well to go all out with him knowing his potential
