The state-of-the-art construction of 9 synthetic running tracks at Nalbari Stadium has reached its absolute final phase!
In a historic moment for Assam's sports landscape, double-time Olympian Valeri Bukrejev (who represented Estonia in Pole Vault at the 1992 Barcelona and 1996 Atlanta Olympics) has personally taken to the field. Working on behalf of international track construction company KANSTET OU, he is meticulously marking the track lines himself. His elite expertise ensures our athletes train on a world-class surface.
