Locals from Nainital swim around the year in the Naini lake despite the weather. That’s how much passion & love they have for swimming.

Kudos to all those who not just swim but also help in keeping the lake clean by taking our trash in their kayaks 👏

Apart from aquatic & adventure sports, NAASA is also deeply connected to tree plantation & cleaning in and around Nainital.

We sincerely believe in the saying ‘Grow trees to save the earth’ & have planted more than 1000 plants during this year’s monsoon alone.

The Nainital Aquatic and Adventure Sports Association (NAASA) organized its annual aquatic sports competitions on 17th September 2023.

Here are a few highlights from the event where more than 50 participants from ages 5 to 60 took part in various categories of swimming and kayaking in the beautiful Nainital lake.

It rained almost during the entire event but kids showed resilience and courage to keep going, emphasising on the ‘adventure’ part of the competition.
