Our expertized trainers give proper guidance for weight training. Special diet counseling provided to each Gym members for quick results. Diet and work out guidance are offered in multi languages ie, Tamil, English, Malayalam and Hindi. Over and a

bove, we provide specialized weight training by Ex. Regular maintenance of the machines are carried out here to keep them for optimum utilization. We offer a safe and clean environment for exercises and purified drinking water. Special exercise guidance provided to people with medical conditions. New fees scheme:

Registration fees - 400
Monthly fees - 500
3 months fees - 1200
1 month (without
registration) - 700
Per day fees - 50

All fees in advance.

All fees are inclusive for tread mills and other electrical items.

Paid fees are neither refundable nor transferable. However, if a person comes for less than seven days in a month, his fees may be carried forward to next month.
