Do not pull your head forward, make your torso rotate. If you find yourself in tension with your head and neck to connect your elbow to your knee, rotate as far as you can from your torso instead.

The bicycle crunch is excellent for activating the re**us abdominis, your upper abdominal muscles, and it is second only to the captain's chair for activating the oblique muscles -- your side abdominal muscles.

In addition to working your abs, you'll also be toning your thighs as both your hamstrings and quads will be involved in cycling.

The plank is an isometric core strength exercise that involves maintaining a position similar to a push-up for the maximum possible time.

Steps :
Lie on the floor with elbows directly beneath your shoulders and legs fully extended. Raise your torso into the air until it makes a straight line from your shoulders to your ankles. Tighten your stomach, squeeze your butt and hold this position for the desired amount of time.

Tips :
Do not allow your back to round.
Do not allow your hips to drop or sag.
Press your elbows into the floor and squeeze your glutes to maximize stability.

Wall sit is a great exercise to target the entire thigh area, your quads, your inner thigh, back of leg, hamstrings and your glutes.

You'll just get one wall. You're about to get into a squat position. Your feet will come out. Your knees are aligned with your ankles, and you're going to be pushing your weight back into the wall here.

You want to make sure that you are digging through your heels as you are in your squat position and that your feet are bent 90 degrees.

You're gonna hold it here for about 30 seconds. If you're more of a beginner, 30 seconds to a minute. You're going to feel that burn right here in that quad area, in that thigh area.

Then just stand up from there. This is how you do wall sit.
