A huge thank you to Mr. Amit Kumar Sinha IPS (), Senior Principal Sports Secretary of Uttarakhand for backing us every step of the way.

And to the incredible team at Himadri Ice Rink in Dehradun led by Ven Thangaraj (), Chander Jain () and Amit Belwal () – thank you for all your hard work in growing winter sports in India and for giving us the platform to enjoy an unforgettable week.

Welcome to the Open Curling Camp — the first-ever curling camp on artificial ice in India! 90 curlers of all experience levels from across the country are here for five days of learning, competing, and falling in love with the sport.

Whether you’ve never touched a stone or you’ve been sweeping for years — this camp is for you. This is grassroots curling in action. This is the movement growing. This is India on the ice.

Three incredible days at the Himadri Ice Rink in Dehradun. 30 coaches from across India. One historic seminar.

What started as India’s first-ever Level 1 Curling Coaching Seminar ended with 30 passionate coaches ready to take this sport home to their communities. The energy on the ice was something special — every slide, every sweep, every strategy session brought us closer to building something truly great for Indian curling.

Day 1 of India's first-ever Level 1 Coaching Seminar is in the books — and the energy at the Himadri Ice Rink in Dehradun has been unreal.

30 coaches from across the country hit the ice today, learning the basics of curling delivery. The passion, the curiosity, the determination — this is exactly what grassroots sport is all about.
