The House of Nritya by Poorvi Bhave Nupoor Lalit Academy of Dance , is Dance school promoting Classical Dance Art Forms . Her mother Mrs.

Our Motto is to attract the younger generations , to groove to the glory of Authentic Dance forms. Nupoor Lalit is founded by Poorvi Bhave , who has been a disciple of Dr. Sandhya Purecha for more than 17 years , and has trained in the authentic Tanjore style of Bharatnatyam. She is also known as a popular Anchor and Actor on Marathi Television and Films. Recipient of the Scholarships by CCRT and

Ministry of Culture ( Govt of India ) , Poorvi has been a part of many Dance Programs . Varsha Bhave , is well known classical singer and a Guru and she inherits her teaching talents from her mother. Currently we are conducting classes under the Savarkar Smarak Kala Prabodhini at Shivaji Park

My student Isha Limayewill be debuting as a Bharatnatyam performer with a full fledged three hour long live concert! We are even more excited as my Guru Dr Sandhya Purecha (Chairperson, Sangeet Natak Academy), will be blessing us with her presence and guidance on the big day. And my nervousness and excitement is truly over the roof!

This has been an year long project of everyday hard work and a thorough learning process for the both of us. I can’t wait for all my friends and colleagues to come witness this beautiful presentation by Isha!

Working and busy in their own lives, these professional women could not find the time to persue their love for dance. But the lockdown opened up a new door to them! And authentic Bharatnatyam training came to their houses, virtually! These ladies have been learning online fo four months and are close to finishing level 1!
