Functional Beast is especially designed to cater to young men who are interested in a muscle gain program. Functional Beast incorporates elements of Strength & Conditioning for MMA, Combat Sports, Combat Strength, Calisthenics, and Grappling. It is unique in the sense that it trains one to get into fighting shape without having to enter the fighting ring – which means it is injury free. The workou
ts are designed by Coach Amit Panjwani based on his years of experience, knowledge and expertise in the field. The workouts are fun, heart racing and dynamic – different from the typical mundane and monotonous workouts at regular gyms that only focus on either body building or fat loss. The Body building world is leading towards aesthetics and the Strength Training & Conditioning / Sports world is leading towards athletics. Functional Beast workouts incorporate the best of both worlds – You look better and move better. Our focus is on movement. MOVEMENT IS KING! This is not a skill based training (not a karate or jijutsu class) though it gets you into fighting shape – it uses the movements accompanied with strength training & conditioning to get you into phenomenal shape! The workouts designed by Strength Coach Amit Panjwani help you to adapt to certain exercises, develop strength, build muscle, increase power, build endurance and at the same time make sure that the workouts enhance your mobility and keep you injury free.
