Further, it goes without saying that young adult citizens constitutes the most important human resource, the most productive and economic group of the country which is brimming with lots of potentials. But exploration and utilization of those potentials at par is becoming difficult because they often reach at the level of emotional stagnation in their academic, professional and personal lives. And the problem persists due to lack of guidance to deal with various issues at an emotional level.
