Some children don't grow up chasing their dreams.

They grow up chasing approval.

"Bas 2 saal aur mehnat kar lo..."
"Bas yeh exam clear ho jaye..."
"Bas yeh achieve kar lo..."

When love starts feeling conditional, children learn that their worth depends on performance. They become the ones who can't say no, constantly seek validation, and carry the exhausting need to please everyone.

People-pleasing isn't a personality trait. Sometimes, it's a survival strategy learned in childhood.

If this resonated with you, maybe it's time to ask: Are we raising successful children, or children who feel they have to earn love?

Dear Working Moms,
Your Child Wants These 5 Things Most ☝🏻

05/06/2026

Every parent wants their child to succeed.

But sometimes, in the pursuit of excellence, children begin to feel that love, approval, and acceptance must be earned.

The fear of disappointing parents can become heavier than the desire to grow.

If you’re a parent, this conversation is worth your time.

🎥 Watch the full video on YouTube and discover how the pressure to be a “”good child”” can quietly impact a child’s confidence, mental health, and relationship with their parents.

A child who feels seen grows into an adult who feels worthy.

Many parents believe love is shown through providing the best education, opportunities, and comforts. While those things matter, what children remember most is how they felt at home.

Did they feel heard when they were upset?
Did they feel safe making mistakes?
Did they feel accepted even when they weren’t perfect?

A home where children feel seen is not a perfect home. It’s a home where emotions are welcomed, conversations happen without fear, and connection matters more than perfection.

The small moments of listening, validating, and showing up consistently create the emotional foundation your child will carry for life.

As parents, we cannot be perfect every day. But we can strive to create a space where our children know:
“I am loved, understood, and safe here.”

Mom vs Dad Parenting… who is right? 👀

Truth is - most parenting disagreements are not about who loves the child more.

One parent worries, “Mera bachcha hurt na ho…”
The other thinks, “Mera bachcha strong banna seekhe…”

And somewhere between protection and independence, children are constantly learning.

The real question is not “Who is the better parent?”
It’s “How can we parent as a team?”

Because your child is always watching - not just how you raise them, but how you handle disagreements, emotions, and differences at home.

Different parenting styles don’t always mean one parent is wrong. Sometimes, it simply means both parents are trying to love the same child in different ways.

Parenting is not about winning arguments.
It’s about building emotional safety, trust, and resilience together.

At the age of 54, I decided to begin again.

Not because I wanted followers. Not because I wanted views. But because I felt a strong desire to express, connect, and contribute.

I started creating content out of curiosity, passion, and a simple mission to share whatever life has taught me, to give back to society, and to connect with people through honest conversations and learnings.

Today, together, we have crossed three beautiful milestones:

50K+ views on one of our long-form YouTube videos
4,000+ subscribers on YouTube
2,000+ followers on Instagram

To many, these may just be numbers. To me, these are signs that authenticity still connects. That purpose still finds people.

And I genuinely believe this is just the beginning.

The beginning of something exciting. Something meaningful. Something special we are trying to build together.

The only thing that truly makes me happy is not the growth. It is the mission behind it: to give whatever I know, to keep learning, and to keep connecting with people.

Thank you for believing, watching, sharing, and supporting.

This journey exists because of you.

Let’s continue growing together ❤️
