The Association of Trainers, a seed of thought planted in 2012, and actually founded in 2014 by Arun Chitlangia and Navin Sadarangani, both trainers with more than two decades of experience with nurturing talent across functions. A formal vision put in place in the September of 2014 with the inputs of around 40 member trainers. The vision that was formulated.....

Its an open platform for all those who wish to share or become a part of the learning experience and interactions that happen on a monthly basis and largely on weekends in Mumbai. Soon to trickle across to other cities with the support of like-minded training enthusiasts, who support the cause and share the vision.
