Hiking is no goodif you don't have any fun. So just get out there and leave your troubles behind. Fewer things will help you de-stress than a good hike.

It begins out as a simple stream
Running down a mountain high
The path to it is rarely straightforward
Finding it will make you go awry
You hear its sound first as you approach
Much before you see it
It's hitting hard the rock floor
Churning it into a deep pit
As you stand beneath that white curtain
Head bowed under the flow
A shining rainbow is all you can make out
Before you're pushed into a dip below.

A big shoutout to - I can't believe we haven't done this again!

While we have known it, we always take for granted the fact that we share our planet with other life forms. And being surrounded by urbanisation on all sides, probably the only way to sight them is to get out of the city into the countryside. Even when we may not be searching for it, nature finds a way to surprise us with a little magic of its own. So next time do watch out 🙂
