KEEP FIT UP Hey Fit Indians, Here we are to share a Vision. A Vision to see Indians Fit by spreading awareness and making Fitness a need - all these with no cost involved.

Our Purpose through 'KEEP FIT UP' is to get the Fitness Trainers recognized for what they do. Hey There, if you are reading this now, you probably want to know more about us. Just to assure you, you are at the right place :) - here we go on sharing something about us and about Keep Fit Up that you would be interested to know. So to begin with our journey - We both carry a great passion for fitness

, to purse fitness as a career. We enrolled ourself to learn in detail about fitness and this field in reputed fitness institute. After the completion of the course, when we started working in Gyms. This came as an eye opener for us. We noticed that Fitness Trainers were not valued as they should. It was like carrying knowledge about fitness, but thought by others as only to lift dropped weights and to give support while workout. They were not respected. We also observed that people easily get attracted by good physic, and most of them don't even care about the knowledge the Trainer has. Even when the Trainer advises to do 'A', they end up doing 'B'. People start making the person with good physic their Gym partner. And follow the workout as per their Gym partners. This doesn't give you any result. Trainers understand your body type and suggest the workout and diet accordingly. Which will definitely give you results. And we also came across an incident - where who are passionate for this industry, their families do not encourage them, because they feel like its not a respectful career. This was the point when we actually understood the importance of a Fitness Trainer, because till not we were looking from other side. Now Trainers, according to us, are equal to Doctors, they help you to be fit, they encourage you, they help you to achieve your fitness goals.

* Keep Fit Up - Vision -

Keep Fit Up is for those who are passionate about this industry. To start with this vision, we are creating an opportunity for them to earn, we want to promote Fitness Trainers and create platform for them. We make people aware about how to achieve the fitness free of cost. We are serious and passionate about our vision, so we are not compromising on any factor.

* Our Country on Fitness -

We researched alot about the fitness level and current statistics for our country on the bases of fitness on World Health Organisation - www.who.int , in India there are less then 10% people who go to Gym. No one cares for their health. But we believe, we together can make a difference. We can make our country fit and healthy. But the question is - How? How can we promote fitness? What can we do, to make our country fit and healthy? So the answer, according to us is Fitness Trainers. After working in this industry for several years. We have noticed that the number of Fitness Trainers are few. Reason for this is very simple, no respect, so no one values it. We want Indian Fitness Trainers to be the best in the world. We want them to go out representing our country to set an example. Internationally, people don't consider Indians as fit. We need to change their mindset. This is only possible, when we first change our mindset. As per research - India is going to be the most unfit country by the year 2030, as per the data revealed by World Health Organization (WHO). The data is shocking to hear and hard to believe but unfortunately it’s the future reality going by the present lifestyle and food habits followed by the Indians.

* Importance Of Fitness -

People have forgotten how important the health is, they are engrossed mainly in making living because of this they have forgotten to make life. They stay away from the family, mostly spend their time at work being as a couch potato. Chasing behind junk foods, thinking about travelling comfortably (ONLY LIFT, NO STEPS). Even, if the destination is 10 minutes away, they prefer to take cab/auto, but choose not to walk & they work hard in the office to invest in securing their future with a unhealthy body. They spend money in the Gym but they are not regular, because the importance is not understood. They think investing in Gym is an expensive expense but don’t realize investing in health is the true investment. I have seen many people, who have spent their entire life earning money, working late nights with no proper sleep and diet. They struggle so much to earn money. But once they have the money, they have no healthy body to enjoy the fruits and end up spending in hospitals or all their earnings goes to their sons/grandsons who live their life again carelessly because they have so much to spend. People want to stay in big houses, drive in luxury cars but they forget that, first they have to stay in their body to enjoy all these things.

* Fitness Educational Line -

We want to bridge the gap between all kinds of myths related to the health and fitness industry and the benefits that it gives to a person. To put it in simple words, we want to reach out to anybody and everybody for any kind of health and fitness questions, routines, do's and dont's.

* To Support Towards The Vision -

Keep Fit Up Website is not only about selling supplements. Here you will also find an option for videos. These videos will encourage you with different types of workouts, forms, techniques and even diet considerations. All given and customized for you by the experienced trainers and experts without taking single penny from the people. And bring to light, what all troubles fitness trainers go through to achieve their goal. This will help people to understand what fitness trainers are and what value they deserve. If you agree, we want you to support fitness. In my view, to increase fitness value in India we need more fitness trainers. We are not in the Rat Race to compete with anyone. KEEP FIT UP is all about Passion. Its all about promoting fitness and supporting fitness trainers in India. (for a healthy future or even lifestyle for that matter.) We are going to reach out to maximum people out there and make fitness a need and a part of routine. And to end this with a small thought. Fitness is to keep you fit and fine, as its doctors priority then why not trainers? Think about it!
