Celebrating 10 Years: A decade of Passion, Aggression and Innovation.
I am hardly able to control my excitement as I share my 10 years of journey with you all. As I look back on the past decade, I’m amazed and grateful for how far we’ve come. I don’t think I have shared my journey with anyone (except the guides and mentors who supported me and my team who joined me on this path!)
So after 10 years - here goes! I was born and bought up in a village in Gorakhpur, I always had this dream to do something big in life and this dream bought me to Mumbai in 2010. In Mumbai, I got opportunity to work as a field salesperson for some amazing companies like Millicent Consulting, Andromeda, Future Group, Smart Circle group. Those early days were crucial, teaching me the basics of the industry and helping me develop my skills.
After 3 years of hard work, I was promoted as the Branch Head for Smart Circle in Chandigarh. But my dream of doing something big was not yet fulfilled. With blind self-belief and faith in God, I started my company, KD KINGDONG. I have nurtured KD like my baby and grown it into a force to reckon with. To date, I never lose any opportunity scale and grow – I am particularly aggressive about growth!
I started this company with only five people – working tirelessly – day & night not worrying about putting in long hours. Basically, doing whatever it took to ensure our clients were satisfied. I still remember the late-night field work and early mornings managing meetings – the passion to grow and make a difference was always there.
It wasn’t always easy, but our hard work paid off. We climbed the corporate ladder, taking on more responsibilities and learning as we went.
Our journey took us from Chandigarh to Mumbai, where we opened our first office in Raghuleela Mall, followed by Ghanshyam Enclave, and now at Jyoti Plaza with a fantastic team from 5 to 50 employees in India. It’s been incredible to see how far we’ve come. Today, KD Kingdong is not just in Mumbai – we’ve expanded to Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad. Internationally we have expanded in UAE and USA.
This growth wasn’t easy and not even possible without my team who have supported through my ups and downs, who have supported through late night launches and early morning reports and have always thought and acted in growth of company. It will be wrong to call KD Kingdong just my baby, over the years it has become the baby of over 100s of people who have worked with us and those who continue to do so.
We have serviced over 3000+ clients, through the decade. My sincere thanks to each and every client and brand who have shown faith in me and my team’s work. We will keep serving you all with passion, aggression and innovation!
A big shoutout to my mentors and teachers who have Enlighted the path for me. As we mark this 10-year milestone, I want to thank everyone who has been part of this journey. Your support and belief in our vision have made all the difference.
Keep believing in my vision and having trust in me. In the coming years, we will become a prominent name throughout for our exceptional and outstanding work. Here’s to many more years of growth and success ahead!
