Saran Sports was founded on August 19, 1996 by Sanjiv Saran Mehra a former investment banker. Saran was an active sportsman himself during his school and college days but once he started working with Lazard he had to give up his passion for sports due to tight work schedules. Like Saran, several other busy executives too were forced to give up participating in any kind of sporting activity. Saran

realized this void and introduced the Saran Corporate Sports Series in 1997. Since then Saran Sports has expanded rapidly and branched out into various Sports and at different levels. Corporate Sports:-
Saran Sports has been promoting the sports culture in Corporate India since 1997 when the First Corporate Event (Corporate Cricket 7s) was organised. 1800 Corporate Teams and nearly 25,000 executives have participated in our multiple corporate sports events since inception. Grassroots level:-
Saran Sports have been conducting Talent Hunt at the grassroots level, which also includes school contact programmes. Our talent hunts have served as a common platform for all the children from Municipal Schools, Govt-aided schools, Private schools and Children from NGOs to showcase their skills. Activations:-
