Ready to take on the next big challenge at the XX Asian Games 2026.
IKTA is proud to announce that India's most coveted Taekwondo athlete Miss Rupa Bayor will be representing TEAM INDIA at the upcoming XX Aichi Nagoya Asian Games. Miss Bayor has earned her place in the National Team by winning the 2026 Asian Championships Bronze medal. One of the most promising contenders to win the ASIAN GAMES, Miss Bayor has been World Rank 5 and Asian Rank 1 in the 2026 WT World Rankings. She stands as the sole Poomsae athlete to represent India in the Taekwondo Poomsae event.
The Indian Taekwondo National Poomsae Team will be lead by our Head Coach Master Abhishek Dubey as the Indian National Team Coach for the Taekwondo Poomsae event. We wish all the Indian athletes participating at the Asian Games our heartfelt wishes and success at the Continental Games

Indo Korean Taekwondo Academy athlete Miss Rupa Bayor expresses her gratitude to India Taekwondo and IKTA Head Coach Master Abhishek Dubey for thier support in becoming the 1st Indian to win 2 consecutive Bronze medals at the WT G4 ranked Asian Championships. Her 1st Bronze was in the 2024 edition of the continental championship in Vietnam and now at the 2026 Asian Championshipships in Mongolia.
Miss Bayor was also awarded the Best Female Athlete Good Fighting Spirit Award for her exceptional Performance at the Asians showcasing India' conitnuos dominance at the WT G4 events.Pure grit and determination in winning medals for India.
