Addicts Golfing Society Of Western India A Golf association exclusive for addicts all over Western India. We as a Golf Society organise golfi Balbir Sawhney.

In Western India addiction to golf became legitimate, thanks mainly to the efforts of Mr. In 1976, Balbir retired as Chairman of the United India Insurance Company, and returned from Madras to Bombay. Soon after that at a golfers’ dinner at his house, he was reminiscing about the fun he had with the Golfing Addicts of Southern India. Someone suggested that he start a similar society in Western Ind

ia, and Balbir immediately accepted the challenge, provided that the eighteen men who were present agreed to become founder members.
