Success story time !!!

Repetitive strain injury (RSI) is a part of parcel is any makeup artist/ hairdresser's profession. We get lot of beauticians and make up artists visit us for such complaints. Tennis elbow is one such RSI which can make you frustrated.

Ruby was one such patient. Shuffling between motherhood- nursing and lying next to her sleeping baby resting on her arm all night, was an extremely painful task for her. Not being able to do her regular planks and shoulder lifts due to her elbow pain was a big concern. Apart from the professional concerns. For months, she struggled with all this.

Early morning today, we got a call from one of our patient who was doing well so far and she stated different range of complaints today. It's important to understand the patient's lifestyle and activities before diagnosing or starting the treatment. So on further questioning, it appeared that she was possibly hit by 'Overhydration'💧💧💧 !!!

Yes !!! Too much of anything is bad. The same goes for water.. Drinking too much of water can cause overhydration, flushing out important nutrients and minerals from your body.

Minerals in water are essential for maintaining fluid and electrolyte balance, normal functioning of nervous system, regulating blood pressure, optimizing muscle function💪🦵🦶, regulating water retention and much more.

Success story !!!

Consulted this young chap online 2 days ago, with his really tensed mother. He is preparing for his IIT entrance and is occupied with online classes all day long.

He had a severe muscle spasm and so his neck was locked in side flexion, making him unable to move his neck. Any attempt to move was excruciatingly painful.

We gave him a home protocol to follow and he responded brilliantly just within 2 days. We were super happy to receive his message today morning 😇

Is my ear pain related to my neck pain ??

YES !!!

Stiffness in the neck muscles is a potential factor for causing a sudden earache. Not just ear pain but giddiness, headaches, tingling and numbness in the hands & fingertips and few more symptoms that can concern you.

One of our old patient visited us last week with sudden pain in the neck on the right side. She has chronic rheumatoid arthritis (RA) with fixed deformities in her upper and lower extremities. We put her through 3 sessions and on the last session she happened to ask this question- My right ear suddenly started giving this weird pain and I was thinking of visiting an ENT specialist. But it seems to have disappeared now.... !!!

Our happy patient sharing her experience !!!

So, Kiran visited us in terrible pain all the way from Chembur to Borivali. She had just shifted her house and in the process she made her years old lumbar backache worse. After examining her, we gave her a therapy session to release all the tension in her muscles and mobilise her spine. She was out on a home exercise program for lower limbs stretching and core strengthening.

She left the clinic with so much ease. The next day her pain was down by almost 70%. She is continuing with all her home exercises now as her pain is quite chronic and she needs to have a strong core and spine to prevent any such episodes of trigger for her 25 years old pain.

Kiran is on her way to stay healthy and fit. What about you ???

Success story time !!!

Discharged Mr. Desai after a 2 month "Heel pain therapy" program. He could finally say bye bye to his heel pain after a long struggle of 30 years. Being into a medical field, he was quite learned and had tried various ways to manage his Plantar fasciitis, but no success. His lockdown time was very painful and he couldn't get help from anywhere. He loves being active but walking and even standing were very painful so he started cutting down on these.

He found us in Google and immediately visited us. After his detailed examination, he was given insoles in his shoes to correct his faulty foot alignment and started with a graded exercise program. We reviewed him every 2 weeks and had put him only on a home exercise program ( no therapy sessions). He was sincere enough to follow our protocol and just within 5 visits, he is absolutely pain free, much stronger on his legs and started enjoying his walk again.
