‘How do you manage everything whilst travelling so much?’ 🤷♂️
I get asked this question all the time..
Especially from guys I work with who also travel a lot with due to work or just have super busy schedules!
I’ve been doing this continuously for years now and there are 5 key pillars that I always have in mind and make sure I always factored in to each week regardless of what I’m doing or where I am…
1. Hydration, I start each day drinking at at least 1L of water with some electrolytes from .in, ensuring I start my day fully hydrated so that I can function & perform as I need to💧
2. Work, i have zero days off and this is always factored in to every day, regardless of what I’m doing , so that I can get the necessary tasks completed 💻
For example, this past weekend it might have looked like a ‘vacation’ however we got our work done in the morning before going out for the day, did it whilst on buses, in autos and caught up with anything that was needed in the evenings 🙌
3. Diet, even if it’s impossible to make sure it’s perfect, I’ll we opt for high protein meals that are healthy, so I know my protein intake is always met and I’m at least close to what I know I should be eating for the day, keeping me fueled 🔋
4. Activity, I make a conscious effort to walk as much as I can throughout the day, as not only do you see and experience more things by doing so, but it helps you stay in shape and not get ‘lazy’, which is incredibly easy to do when it’s so affordable to just go around in an auto or bike even when it’s not necessary 🚶♂️
5. Gym, even if I have to be flexible at times, I’ll always find the best gyms nearby to wherever I’m staying and make a point to try and stay on track with my training as best as I possibly can, as consistency is key when it comes to progress 💪
It’s all comes down to balance and prioritising the things that matter most at that given time, so that you can continue to make progress in all areas of your life throughout the year! 📈
A lot of it just comes down to being organised, putting in effort and holding yourself accountable to doing the things you may need to get done! ✅
