Parents tend to call their children with names like you are a dud, you are lazy etc., based on their actions. They may not even realise it, but these words if repeatedly spoken can make the child believe that this is who they are and they grow up believing this as their real self.

It is extremely important for every parent of a young kid to watch this video and be aware about what we may be doing in shaping the life of their child. Remember, when we label a child, we label a life.

Srishti is a 31 year old fashion designer based in Kolkata. At the age of 7 she had developed a fear of flying which grew into a full blown phobia in the last 3 years after a very traumatic flight. She feared getting into flights, refused to travel alone and would rather travel 3 days by train than take a 3 hour flight. Needless to say, business was also getting affected.

We met in Delhi for a session yesterday - for which she flew in - squeezing the hand of her sister and her eyes squeezed shut all the way through.

This was the message I just received from her as she landed back in Kolkata:

"I have landed in Calcutta.
And I'm glad to announce that I was not scared one bit... what u did yesterday made it very smooth for me. My sister was amazed. Flying is not bad after all. Thank u very much!!"

It is so heartening to read such a msg from a client and such a blessing to have been able to contribute to her living more fully.

Our beloved friend and founder Louise Hay transitioned this morning, August 30, 2017, of natural causes at age 90. She passed peacefully surrounded by loved ones.

Rest in peace Louise. ❤

Today I worked with someone who was given the label of bipolar by psychiatrists. For years she had been popping in the prescribed medicines. As I looked at her through the hollowed eyes was a dim light bursting to come out and shine.

She opened into the moment as a child she felt she split into 2 and then suppressed it. And all the memories henceforth. After working through the memories, the emotional release and finally the forgiveness, along with the opening into the experience of who-she-truly-is, it looked like that weight of separation fell off her and this bright, brilliant integrated being looked back at me.

What if we could be open to acknowledging the unresolved, find the courage to go past all the lies we told ourselves, or bought into and come home - to the our own Self?
