You got that higher power to set yourself up for success 😄🙌🏽
1. Very often we set goals without understanding if we can actually accomplish them in the time frame we set mentally- and when it doesn’t happen, we give up!
INSTEAD- Set mini goals, realistic goals, start slow to reach those big goals!
2. How often have you gone cold turkey on sugar and junk food only to come crawling back to it on the weekend for a big binge session. Never start with an all or nothing mindset!
INSTEAD: Understanding a balance is key to your goals (whatever they may be) Start with routines you can see yourself doing for the long run and not just 2-3 days before you give up, bec you are so strict with yourself!
3. When things get tough- Instead of being tough and get going, we give up. Because things didn’t go as planned, or something didn’t happen the way we wanted it to!
INSTEAD: Start your journey knowing there will be days that go wrong, there will be days you will fail, there will be days you will want to just give up- and then let that day pass and get up the next day and leave that thought in the past and keep going 🤗
4. How many times have you woken up, decided today is the day I will workout- do a high intensity, one hour workout, get sore for the next couple of day and the rest of the month your dumbbells have been kept out of sight 😄. This can apply to any other goal in your life.
INSTEAD: What I always tell my clients: Start slow, start as easy as possible, make it doable, so that you can SET YOURSELF UP FOR SUCCESS and then keep levelling up, one step at a time😊🙌🏽
