What does the name 20-15 Fitness mean? The ideal fat percentage at which the person is the fittest is 20% for Females & 15% for Males. At 20 - 15 Fitness our aim is not only for you to look good outside but inside too. The Aim is to be Functional & to have Energy levels that help you Grow Healthier with times. Is 20-15 Fitness a gym? No we are not a gym, we are a group fitness studio that uses Fun

ctional Training & other programs to help you reach the Ultimate aim of having 20% [Female] - 15% [Male] fat percentage. Infact we rarely use machines in our daily workouts. What are the facilities/programs offered at 20-15 Fitness?

1. Functional Training:

This is our Signature Program which trains your body to handle real-life situations. This is the form of Training which is done by Athletes, Businessmen, Housewives, Student, Bollywood celebrities & many more at various intensity levels. At 20-15 Fitness we focus on building a body capable of doing real-life activities in real-life positions, not just lifting a certain amount of weight in an idealized posture created by a gym machine. This training takes care not only of your muscles but also your joints & the best thing is unlike a gym you are not only working-out a few muscles but the whole body therefore you BURN MORE CALORIES too.

2. Masala Bhangra:

Masala Bhangra is a new fitness regime that is gaining popularity across the world now. It aims to Unleash the power of ancient Bhangra rhythms fused with influence of Bollywood to have a balance of mind, body and soul that anybody can learn in minutes. This workout will bring a smile to your soul & boost your energy levels. No Wonder some Punjabis have all the energy.

3. Zumba for Adults & Kids:

One more fun workout for those who love to dance their way to fitness. With Chart topping Music & Dance moves from hip-hop, soca, samba, salsa, merengue and mambo you and your kids can get ready to have fun while choosing to be fit. We have a separate Adults & Kids class. Like we say why should adults have all the fun?

4. Yoga:

When you join a yoga class at 20-15 fitness, we focus not only on your breath and the traditional asanas but we combine them with other Contemporary forms like Dynamic Energizing Yoga, Tibetian Yoga, Power Yoga & more.

5. Gymnastics for kids:

Our gymnastics program for preschoolers, kindergarteners & schoolers till the age of 8 has been specially designed to help your child channel all that energy and reach developmental milestones. This is a structured environment where gymnastics activities are combined with a healthy dose of fun. Overall our team of Qualified and certified Trainers not only are guides for your workouts but also companions who understand you and help you and your kids during your journey with 20-15 Fitness.

It covers around 80 poses with variations and modifications.
The training includes:-
- A thorough understanding of the Aerial yoga practice and safely teaching, assisting and sequencing the Aerial yoga classes for the learners -Learning the fundamental Aerial yoga poses, their benefits, contraindications and modifications. - An international World Yoga Alliance recognised certificate from a registered school (SD's Fitness) on completion of the training.
In addition, we will also make you well-versed with Aerial cuing, equipment handling and managing multi-level classes.
-Getting registered under World YoGA Alliance directory(optional)
