Your body is talking to your brain. Are you listening?

We often think emotion flows one way: the brain decides, and the body follows.

But the signal runs both ways.

Sometimes, the fastest way to shift your state isn’t to argue with your thoughts — it’s to change the physical input.

Next time you’re under pressure, change your posture first. Then come back and tell us what you noticed.

150 flights taught me something: travel isn’t what destroys your health.

Losing your rhythm does.

You don’t need a perfect routine when you travel.

Protect the non-negotiables:
Sleep.
Movement.
What you put into your body.

Sometimes it’s a workout. Sometimes it’s a 10-minute stretch in a hotel room. Sometimes it’s simply going for a walk.

Peak performance isn’t about having the perfect environment.

It’s about learning how to protect your rhythm in any environment.

What’s one non-negotiable you never compromise on while travelling?

You know that “I NEED this right now” feeling?

That’s a craving — but there’s usually more going on underneath it.

Your brain learns cues, connects them to rewards, and gets very good at repeating the pattern.

Swipe through to understand what’s really happening.

What’s your biggest craving trigger? Let us know below.

High performance doesn’t always mean you’re doing well.

After 25 years of studying high performance, there are three gaps that show up again and again:

The recovery gap — when you’re giving out more than you’re able to restore.

The signal gap — when your body is telling you something, but your ambition has taught you to ignore it.

And the identity gap — when you’ve become so good at performing that you don’t know who you are without the performance.

That last one might be the most dangerous of all.

Because sometimes, success doesn’t just lead to burnout.
It can leave you wondering why success doesn’t feel like enough.

Which gap do you think high performers overlook the most? Tell us in the comments.

Your brain has a terrible habit: it remembers what you didn’t finish.🤔

That’s why an unfinished task can follow you from your desk to your dinner table… and straight into bed.

The Zeigarnik Effect explains why.

And no, the answer isn’t “just finish everything.” Sometimes, you just need to close the loop on paper.

Try it tonight and tell us if it works.

The best speakers don’t need to fill every silence.

They slow down.
They pause.
They stop seeking approval.

Because the moment you stop trying to impress the room, you start commanding its attention.

Speak to move people, not to impress them.

Dinner at noma with Eve Lemesle

For years, the Noma journey has quietly shaped the way I think about food — deepening my love for cooking and my curiosity for the natural world.

Vegetables. Herbs. Flowers. Fermentation. Fire.

A reminder that extraordinary food doesn’t always come from adding more. Sometimes it comes from paying closer attention to what was already there.

Tonight, experiencing that magic with my wife felt particularly special.

Food as craft. Nature as teacher. Curiosity as the ingredient.

So many wellness trends out there.

But how many of them actually work?🤔

Ice baths. Oura. Ashwagandha. Magnesium. Saunas. Gadgets. Grounding.

And many more..

Some are backed by evidence. Some are overhyped.

So I ranked them.

What do you think belongs in the REAL category?

One stage of sleep does something no amount of willpower can do.

While you’re unconscious, REM sleep replays the day’s emotional events and gradually detaches the feeling from the memory. It’s overnight therapy you don’t have to book.

Skip enough of it, and the same event that felt manageable yesterday feels unbearable today. That’s not weakness — that’s an unfinished edit.

Swipe for the three ways to protect it. →
