Water is a great equalizer, it provides resistance for every movement of the body. As a result, the body gains great symmetry which cannot be achieved on land. Here are

9. If injury prevents you from exercising on land, you can safely exercise in water, as when in water one weighs only 10% of their body weight.

: Did you know that a person weighs only 10% of their body weight in water? So, if your weight is 60 kgs, you weigh only 6 kgs when you are in water. Hence, you are able to do a lot of exercises in water, that you would otherwise find extremely difficult to perform on land.

Hi everyone, welcome to our official aqua-aerobics page on facebook.
