The Academy Of Capoeira Capoeira classes in Mumbai and Goa Capoeira is a Brazilian martial art that is currently practiced all over the world.

While its origins are the subject of much debate, it has evolved from an underground activity associated with criminals to its legalization and subsequent popularization and on to becoming a national sport of Brasil. The multiple aspects of Capoeira from the physical (weight regulation, flexibility and acrobatic movements) to the musical (the instruments and songs) and cultural (language) make it

a sport that appeals to a wide segment. Indeed, all over the world, people of all ages, men, women and children are making it a part of their routines. Pariksh*t ‘Cabeça’ Sadh has been training with Prof. Baba since 2006 and has been teaching and running the prabhadevi branch since 2011. He’s certified by 3 world renowned institutions to teach capoeira to kids and adults. Class schedule as below:-

A very special moment from the Mumbai batizado where we surprised Águia ( ) with her Monitor (yellow/blue) belt! She totally deserved this belt with the kind of work she’s put into her capoeira movement, music and general contribution to capoeira! Training on a wet floor in the rains to create more core stability and train balance. A capoeirista must have a strong core and balance to play a good game as they need to make directional changes on the go depending on how the other person is moving. This is an intermediate/ advanced level training. Try it. Save it.
