Dos:

✅ Use a Variety of Metrics
- Combine quantitative data (e.g., test scores, completion rates) with qualitative feedback (e.g., surveys, interviews).
- Track progress over time.
✅ Involve Stakeholders
- Engage learners, instructors, and management to gather comprehensive insights.
- Use their input to shape the evaluation process.
✅ Analyze Behavioral Changes
- Assess how the learning program influences job performance and behavior.
- Look for practical applications of skills learned.
