What to do
1. Start doing breathing exercises, it lowers down cortisol (stress hormone) and boosts endorphins (feel good hormones)
2. Include 30 minutes of body movement in your routine anything you like, dance, yoga, walk, run, swim, etc.
3. Fix your Sleep & Wake up timings, no matter what. Dim your lights, stay away from phone 30 minutes before your sleep timings
4. Stop munching on junk & fried unhealthy food to reduce your stress & anxiety. It’s actually increasing it, so start including real food - fruits, vegetables, whole grains - home cooked food
5. In 24 hours, set 1 hour as no phone hour
In This time, spend time with your family, loved ones. Do what you like the most, 1 hour
Go for a walk - morning or evening, just
10-15 minutes to freshen up yourself.
