From being unable to lift 2kgs in December 2020, Ish*ta has come a long way in her fitness journey. Being a law student, fitness never seemed to fit in with her schedule focused primarily on academics. However, a lifestyle change focused on "Commitment instead of Complacency" worked wonders in her journey. We focused on sustainable lifestyle changes and regular workouts with interesting patterns aimed not only at external changes but transforming her body and mind internally too. Our goal was not to achieve the "perfect" body but to maintain high energy levels for a healthy lifestyle. What seems impossible today will one day become your warmup.
That is Annie. She has a corporate job with long working hours. As a result fitness took a back seat.
Focusing on progess consistently, there were no crash diets and shortcuts.It was only regular workout commitment.
We started from the beginning and came here. This journey is still going and like we say* fit is not a destination, it is a WAY of life*.
