Jal Neti šš
A simple yogic cleansing practice that helps clear the nasal passages, improve breathing, and refresh the mind.
Procedure āØ
⢠Fill a neti pot with lukewarm water
⢠Add non-iodized salt (about ½ tsp per cup)
⢠Tilt your head sideways over a sink
⢠Insert the spout gently into one nostril
⢠Breathe through your mouth and let the water flow out from the other nostril
⢠Repeat on the other side
⢠Gently dry the nose afterwards with soft breathing techniques in downward facing dog
⢠Gentle face yoga facing the sun āļø
