Here comes the lockdown and her comes the band series again.

This is a replica of a pulley preacher curls, this is very different from a dumbell preacher curls but close to pulley preacher curls, still you will get the required resistance and the muscle will grow or maintain. Don’t stop training in the lockdown as disuse will create atrophy or muscle breakdown and that’s not good for anyone. I will be providing you will all the methods to train from hime also, just need your WILL.
