Here’s why foot placement changes everything 👇

• Toes on the bar → wakes up your calves, quads & tiny foot muscles (hello strong foundation)
• Heels on the bar (parallel) → glutes switch ON + hips feel more supported
• Pilates V (heels together) → inner thighs + deep hip muscles doing the work
