He observed that young sales professionals had questions but no one to guide them. Tired of this predicament, Prits decided to take the matter into his hands. As of today, over 140+ students are learning Prits' courses on Udemy, and another 12k via his website. Prits has been an ardent 'Believer of BE' for years- the idea that BEING is superior to anything else. Whatever he has achieved in life is due to this deep-rooted idea. Through LinkedIn, Prits wishes to work with all working/non-working professionals who wish to take that quantum leap but are hesitant. Prits wants to solidify them and empower them to BE! To that end, Prits has launched a newsletter - The BE School, that helps people BE via Self Development, Performance Coaching & Growth.

A bit late to posting this. It’s raining in Bangkok, Thailand. But can’t complain looking at the room

Ok, I learnt it well 😬

So you underestimate people all the time?

I was at a club recently. A guest DJ was playing, everyone was having a good time.

Then I saw something happen that made me think about how quickly a situation can change.

One guy was dancing around, moving from table to table. At one point, he grabbed a girl who was with another guy.

The guy didn’t like it.

A few seconds later, a fight broke out.

What stayed with me wasn’t the fight itself.

It was how quickly the entire energy of the room changed because of one person’s decision.

Sometimes we tell ourselves:

“I’m just having fun.”

“It’s not a big deal.”

“People are too sensitive.”

But social intelligence isn’t just knowing what you mean by an action.

It’s understanding how your action might land on someone else.

You can be confident without being careless.

You can have fun without crossing someone else’s boundaries.

What do you think — where does having fun end and crossing a boundary begin?

Just stop pressing the button 🙄
Are you one of those who can’t wait?

Somebody had to say it out loud. 🙄

Stay in your lane 🙄

This had to be said. For you and for everyone else 🤓
Do you genuinely think the world wants you to win?

I’m 41.

And I spent most of my 20s acting like I was already 40 — serious, composed, responsible before my time.
At 41, I’m finally flipping that script.

These are my truths. Not struggles. Not lessons. Not a redemption arc.

Just - honest.
Swipe through. Tell me which one you didn’t see coming.

[honest confessions] [self-worth at 40] [self-love journey] [personal growth] [life at 41]

10 CONFESSIONS

1. I’ve been single for 6 years. Not by default. Increasingly — by choice.
2. I’ve let go of friendships that didn’t have a covenant. Not everyone who shows up deserves a seat.
3. I’ve stopped thinking about what people think of my work, my character, my choices. I know myself. And I’m enough.
4. I’ve stopped chasing. Everything. What’s mine will find me.
5. I’ve become more rooted in God. And more aware of the grace I keep walking through without noticing.
6. I’m a terrible singer. Even in the bathroom. I sing anyway.
7. I’ve become self-centered. Deliberately. It’s the best thing I’ve done for my growth.
8. I forgive more. I forget nothing.
9. I take myself on dates — movies, dinners, long walks. I’m in love. With myself.
10. I spent my 20s being 40 — serious, composed, responsible before my time.

At 41, I’m finally living the way I should have back then. The script is flipped.
