Hi, we have a job opening for a female candidate post lockdown in gym as a RECEPTIONIST.
Nature of job :- Part time 5hrs /Full time (10 to 12 hrs)
Qualification :- Minimum 12th Required for fresher 10th will do with experience.
Language :- Gujarati, English, Hindi
Duties will be as below
1) Maintain a record of all guests and members coming to the gym.
2) Handle all incoming calls and answer the enquiries made.
3) Assist the managing person in maintaining the gym.
4) Administer the payments made by the members.
5) Resolve all customer complaints.
6) Monitor incoming calls with a pleasant and professional voice
7) Maintain a tidy reception area and cleanliness of all gym equipment
Ensure front desk was well attended at all times
8) Provide exceptional customer service to all visitors and clients
9) Compose brochures, flyers, and signs
10) Administer and process payments made by the members, providing them with up to date copies of receipts and/or transactions made by them
