TIPS ON HOW TO SET THE GOAL AND GO ABOUT IT!!

• Start by identifying your ultimate fitness objective, whether it’s losing weight, building muscle, improving endurance, or a combination.
• Break this overarching goal into smaller, measurable targets – for example, aiming to lose a certain amount of weight by a specific date, or increasing your lifting capacity within a set timeframe.

• Make these goals realistic yet challenging, considering your current fitness level.
• Additionally, set both short-term and long-term objectives. Short-term goals provide regular checkpoints for progress, keeping you motivated, while long-term goals offer a broader perspective on your fitness transformation.

• Don’t forget to attach a “why” to each goal. Understand the reasons behind your aspirations – whether it’s to boost confidence, enhance overall well-being, or simply enjoy a more active lifestyle. This deeper connection to your goals will serve as a powerful motivator during challenging times.

• Regularly assess your progress, adjusting your goals if necessary. Celebrate achievements, no matter how small, and acknowledge setbacks as opportunities to learn and grow. LOVE DOING HIP THRUSTS, WORK THOSE GLUTES WITH THIS VARIATION 🍑🔥

So here after 5 reps I have done a 5 second iso hold at the top of the thrust. Focus on contracting your glutes at the top ( Squeeze your bum cheek together )
Then go on with 5 pulse reps.

Repeat the whole thing 5 times allowing the bar to touch the ground at the end of 5th round.

LOSING WEIGHT AND KEEPING IT OFF !!

Most of the people fail to keep off the lost weight long term, because the methods they use are not sustainable.

How can you do it the right way?

• You have to restrict in some way, but choose what best works for you and what is easy to follow.
• Focus on self-monitoring & keep a track of your progress.
• Focus on sustainability rather than some diet-trends, the mostly don’t work in long term.
• Focus on personal preference, something that suits your lifestyle and not something that is impossible for you to keep up with.
• Focus on Exercise and Movement goals to keep off the lost weight long term, it does contributes in your daily calorie expenditure.

This year has been a lot about reflecting what HEALTHY means to me. What it looks like and what it feels like- mentally & physically. You cannot look at someone and know if they are healthy or not, just like u cannot tell if someone has a eating disorder by their appearance💜 We all have our unique journeys and at the end of the day all that matters is how YOU feel and how YOU think of yourself,because it is YOUR life u have to do what is best for you💕

I have gained weight this year,I feel stronger than before and have had so much of mental/physical growth. I don’t care what look anyone else prefers for me,I do it for myself. I love my CURVES right now😊 But I equally love the shape from last year too🤩

I don’t look at other women’s body for inspiration,All I care about is that I am doing my BEST..! Remember not to compare your chapter 1 to someone else’s chapter 21😇
Social media is a whole lot of Photo Shoots, Editing (crazy what people can change with Photo apps), Cosmetic surgery,angles & lightning- an all round highlight reel. Don’t forget that.

If you try living your life pleasing or comparing yourself with others,you’ll never actually live YOUR life. One of my favourite quotes “You can be the ripest,juiciest peach in the world but not everyone likes peaches”🍑

Remember that healthy looks and feels different for everyone🤍

Fitness is a Lifestyle for me. Taking care of my body isn’t a Chore,it’s a Necessity..!
You don’t “have to” exercise,you are lucky enough to have a body to move.
