ਅੱਜ ਜਿੰਮ ਵਿੱਚ Plank ਕੰਪੀਟੀਸ਼ਨ ਕਰਵਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਿਲਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਰੁਪਾਣਾ ਨੇ 4 ਮਿੰਟ 18 ਸਕਿੰਟ Plank ਲਾਇਆ ਤੇ ਜੇਤੂ ਰਹੇ।ਇਦਾ ਦੇ ਕੰਪੀਟੀਸ਼ਨ ਹੁਣ ਜਿੰਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਕਸਰ ਹੀ ਹੋਇਆ ਕਰਨਗੇ।ਰੱਬ ਮੇਹਰ ਕਰੇ।
