• Deep Ankle Dorsiflexion: Keeping the plant heel pinned.
• Active Hip Flexor Strength: Keeping the extended leg completely suspended.
• Continuous Core Bracing: Managing your center of mass at the absolute bottom of a squat.
True strength means being strong in your deepest ranges of motion.
