On behalf of me and the entire Telangana Body Building Federation let me pass my deepest condolences on the recent passing away of federation member Sri Sudam Mohan Rao, International Referee and Secretary of Telangana Body Building Association. To say Mohan Rao was a larger than life character would be an understatement. He will always be remembered as a great god father of our Telangana Body Building Association. He was an extraordinary man.
God put him in a special place where he'll be watching the people who loved him... We all will Miss him...

Jai, like every other software professional was worried about his weight. He had heard about Kaizen from his friend and so decided to join. After 3 months of training and guidance by Kaizen, he lost 13 kilograms. This is just another testament of Kaizen's dedication towards your wellbeing.
