Sheikh Nadir Siddiquee A fitness coach who has helped 4,000+ people worldwide achieve their dream bodies for more than a decade

Hi, I am a Fitness Coach with over 10 years of professional experience as a coach, educator, and author. I have coached 4,000+ people globally, all online, through nutrition, training, and lifestyle guidance. I believe in integrating fitness into your lifestyle because I know you are busy but still want to get into the best shape possible while maintaining good health.

Honestly, that is all you need! Everything else is not completely useless but gives very less advantage for the complexity it offers.

Glute building needs just more focused work.

A small tweak can help you bias different heads based on your goal.

Try and let me know what you actually felt?

You’re doing RDLs for your glutes.
You pulled your back.
And everyone’s going to tell you to rest.

The RDL doesn’t just load your glutes and hamstrings. The weight is trying to bend your spine forward the entire time, and your spinal erectors are the only thing stopping that from happening.

So every RDL you do is also a spinal erector workout, whether you programmed it that way or not.

If those muscles aren’t strong enough to carry that job, the spine gives. Not on one bad rep. Over months of the load quietly outpacing the capacity.

I pulled my own back doing RDLs. After that I started training my erectors directly, and within six weeks I was back under load, moving better than before, with a back that could actually keep up with the weight I was putting on the bar.

Training your spinal erectors isn’t a rehab exercise. It’s what makes your glute training sustainable.

Comment the exercise you want me to break down next.

During the COVID days, I was convinced I was eating 2,000 calories and still gaining fat. I started believing in metabolism slowdown and thought, Maybe the researchers are wrong. But despite my assumptions, I kept getting fatter and fatter.

Then, in 2023, I decided to get serious. I pulled out my kitchen weighing scale and started tracking my food accurately—no more guessing. And guess what? When I actually aimed for 2,000–2,100 calories, I started losing weight.

From 76 kg, today I’m at 62.2 kg.

This journey has been eye-opening. No matter how much I thought I knew about calorie tracking, I was wrong. And I see the same pattern in my clients.

➡️ One of my clients thought two rotis had 20 calories (when in reality, one roti itself can be 70-100 kcal).
➡️ She ate seeds freely because they’re “healthy” but never measured them—not realizing how calorie-dense they are.
➡️ She soaked oats but never tracked the portion size, unknowingly adding more calories.

The problem isn’t good food vs. bad food. The real issue is not knowing your total calorie intake. At the end of the day, energy balance is everything. It’s the law of thermodynamics—you can’t escape it.

So if you’ve been struggling to lose weight, ask yourself:
✅ Are you actually measuring everything?
✅ Could you be underestimating portions?
✅ Are you ready to accept that you might be wrong?

Because once you do, you’ll finally see how to fix it—and that changes everything.

Gratitude & Growth with .global

Everything I know about exercise mechanics today is because of .global . I spent years diving deep into Tom Purvis’ videos before finally doing RTS Level 1 & Level 2, and I’m proud to say I’m one of the very few Indians—maybe just 2 or 3—who’ve reached this level.

This experience changed how I coach. Understanding exercise at this depth allows me to help my clients better than most coaches in the industry. And that’s something I take immense pride in.

The exciting part? RTS Level 1 is coming to Bangalore this March! If you’re a coach prescribing exercises to clients but still struggle to truly understand anatomy and biomechanics, this is the course you need to do.

If you’re interested, let me know—I can help you connect with them and get signed up. This could be a game-changer for your coaching career!

For years, I spent weekends trying to feel refreshed, but nothing worked.
• Cheating on my diet? Didn’t help.
• Sleeping more? Still felt drained.
• Binge-watching? Just left me feeling worse.

But a simple 30-minute coffee ride? That changed everything. It cleared my mind and recharged me in a way nothing else did.

The key? Find a hobby that truly revitalizes you—one that doesn’t involve overeating or sitting around all day.

A lot of people believe that to look shredded, muscular, lean, and fit, they need to be an athlete. But the truth is, athletes look like that because their entire lifestyle supports it—not because they’re specifically working toward it.

Now, what if we applied that same principle to you? Someone with a full-time job, kids, responsibilities, and not in their 20s anymore—maybe in their 30s, late 30s, or even beyond? By incorporating strength training, quantified eating, fixing sleep, and learning how to navigate social situations without ruining progress, you can transform too. You can look like an athlete without living like one.

I’ve proven this for years with my clients, but I wanted to take it a step further—by showcasing it with an annual photoshoot. Last year, we did it in August 2024, and it was a success. This year, we’re doing it again on April 19, 2025.

This isn’t just about looking good in pictures. It’s about proving what’s possible. Regular people with real responsibilities, not spending hours in the gym or eating like bodybuilders, but still achieving incredible physiques.

And they’re not doing it alone. Their coach—me—is prepping with them. I don’t just preach; I practice what I preach. I’ll go through the same journey, facing the same challenges, because I want to experience firsthand what my clients go through.

Oh, and by the way—I’m turning 38 this year. Not exactly “young” by fitness industry standards, right? But that’s the point. Age, responsibilities, and a busy life don’t have to hold you back.

Stay tuned for April 19, 2025—just 62 days to go. Let’s show the world what’s possible.

I was always the skinny kid—the one who, despite academic excellence, faced relentless bullying for my appearance and health. I’d run in races only to finish last, and each defeat brought tears, yet I never gave up.

My turning point came in Class 7. One early morning, I mustered the courage to visit a friend, hoping for guidance. He challenged me to do push-ups. I couldn’t manage even one, and the soreness lasted for days, but that experience sparked something within me.

Throughout my engineering years, I was persistently ridiculed for my skinny frame. Girls mocked my looks, and I never had a girlfriend—a constant reminder of how much I struggled with my self-image. Despite excelling academically, I carried the weight of those painful experiences with me.

After college, I dedicated myself fully to transforming my body. My initial efforts led to a disappointing gain of 10–15 kilograms—mostly fat. Frustrated but determined, I turned away from unreliable magazine tips and superficial gym advice. Instead, I immersed myself in studying fitness and nutrition, learning through trial and error to build a regimen that truly worked.

This hard-earned knowledge transformed not just my body, but my entire life. I resolved to help others avoid the pitfalls and wasted efforts I once endured. I became a coach to stand by those in need, guiding them with the clarity and compassion I once longed for. My journey—full of setbacks, persistence, and eventual triumph—now serves as a beacon for anyone determined to change their life.
