𝐄𝐢𝐝 𝐌𝐮𝐛𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐤
While we can't go out and enjoy, here's a finger-licious recipe you can try at home 👇
Ghee roast prawns 🦐

Prep time: 30 mins
Ingredients: 🦐, curd, salt, red 🌶 powder, turmeric, seeds (coriander, methi, methi), peppercorn, imli (tamarind) sauce, ghee, curry leaves
1. Marinate de-veined 🦐 in 🍋, curd, salt, red 🌶 powder, turmeric, ginger garlic paste for atleast 30 mins
2. In a pan on low flame roast dry whole red 🌶 and pinch of cumin seeds, mustard seeds, coriander seeds, methi seeds, and peppercorn till it has a nice aroma
3. Cool, then grind the chilli spice mix in a mixer, then add imli sauce and water for a tangy taste and grind bit more
4. Take some Ghee in a pan and fry the Prawns for 2-3 minutes on either side
5. Add ground imli 🌶 spice mix and cook till sauce reduces
6. Add curry leaves for garnish 👌
