You would have heard of an after-party, but have you heard of an after/post-transformation? 😜
Several research studies have shown that most people tend to regain some, if not all, of their lost weight, after a fat loss program.
Makes me super satisfied to see former clients not only able to maintain the healthy habits established during the program, but also build on them afterwards.
After all, that's one of the key goals I set during the initial discussion itself - to make the client self-reliant and their lifestyle a sustainable one.
So kudos to you and keep hustlin🔥
Can we also get the 6 pack while we're at it! 😉

While we can't go out and enjoy, here's a finger-licious recipe you can try at home 👇
Ghee roast prawns 🦐
Courtesy:
Prep time: 30 mins
Ingredients: 🦐, curd, salt, red 🌶 powder, turmeric, seeds (coriander, methi, methi), peppercorn, imli (tamarind) sauce, ghee, curry leaves
1. Marinate de-veined 🦐 in 🍋, curd, salt, red 🌶 powder, turmeric, ginger garlic paste for atleast 30 mins
2. In a pan on low flame roast dry whole red 🌶 and pinch of cumin seeds, mustard seeds, coriander seeds, methi seeds, and peppercorn till it has a nice aroma
3. Cool, then grind the chilli spice mix in a mixer, then add imli sauce and water for a tangy taste and grind bit more
4. Take some Ghee in a pan and fry the Prawns for 2-3 minutes on either side
5. Add ground imli 🌶 spice mix and cook till sauce reduces
6. Add curry leaves for garnish 👌

Prep time: 20 mins
Ingredients: onions, tomatoes, Paneer, masale (turmeric, salt, red 🌶 powder, coriander, cumin, garam masala), coriander
1. Sauté chopped onions in a pan till light brown
2. Add tomatoes and cook till they become soft
3. Add Paneer cubes and masale (turmeric, salt, red 🌶 powder, coriander, cumin)
4. Cook for few minutes
5. Add Garam masala
6. Add fresh coriander and grated Paneer for garnish

Proud of my online US-based client for sticking to his fitness plan despite the lockdown and hitting his weight loss goal 🔥
He was super consistent, disciplined and kept in constant touch, which helped in reducing his weight from ~76kg to ~70kg in 3 months while also building strength and muscle 💪
Though I think the haircut had a major role to play 😂
