A week of women coming together at Ashiyana in Spain, while moving through physical, emotional and hormonal change.

Across the week, we explored hormonal wellbeing, nervous-system restoration, functional strength, mobility, nature-based movement, breath, sound and empowerment.

Teacher Spotlight: Shikha ✨

Shikha’s yoga journey began in 2005 after a transformative immersion at the Isha Yoga Centre. Since then, she has dedicated herself to the study and practice of Yoga, breathwork, meditation, chanting, and healing arts.

With over 1,000 hours of training in Yoga, philosophy, therapeutic applications, fascia healing, Reiki, Pranic Healing, and Sound Healing, her teaching blends movement, presence, and deep nervous system restoration.

Shikha has taught across the U.S. and recently completed The Eckhart Tolle School of Awakening’s “Becoming a Teacher of Presence” training.

We’re honored to have her sharing her wisdom with the Aashiyana community 🤍
